This match is what is known as "good for the neutral"; an entertaining game with plenty of goals, but unfortunately Stratton got one more. The match was always very close, with never more than two goals in it. The team performance was the best for a few weeks, with some lovely passing moves at the end of the first half when we came back from 4-2 down to equalise. We briefly took the lead for the first time in the second half, but it was Stratton who had the final say to win 7-6.
Captain's Award: Luke, for an excellent first half performance and some fines saves in the second.
Coaches' Award: Matt J, who was cool and calm in the centre of defence.
