Sunday 24th October: U16 v Ramsbury

Unfortunately the lack of substitutes was the deciding factor in this match, as first Will and then James were injured. Ramsbury scored with their first attack and we were then unable to take any of our chances in the first half. The goal when it came at the start of the secondhalf was a good team effort, as the ball was passed from one end of the field to the other, before Luke scored. Ramsbury then scored twice more straight from the kick off and, although Luke headed in Shawn's cross, the lack of numbers and tired legs couldn't prevent Ramsbury's win.

Sunday 17th October: U16 v Penhill Knights

An excellent team performance finally brought an end to our jinx against Penhill, with Jonny scoring a superb equaliser in the first half after Penhill had taken an early lead. Second half goals from Will and Luke sealed the points in the second half.

Sunday 10th October: U16 v Marlborough Town

A good team performance again this week to secure the second win of the season. A 3-0 half time lead was added to in the second half, before Marlborough were allowed back into the game briefly. It was good to see that the team kept their heads and seal the win with two further goals. The scorers were Luke, Jonny, Jake (on his debut) and a 40-yd free kick from Frank.
