Sunday 20th March: U16 v Stratton Youth

The team bounced back well with a fine effort from all the players to narrowly defeat Stratton. The wind played a big factor in the scoring in the match, with the first four goals at the same end: Frank headed powerfully to give us the lead, before Luke was brought down and successfully converted the resultant penalty.

Stratton came back strongly after the break and eventually drew level. The response was perfect though as, first Jonny was denied a goal, before Will scored the winner.

Sunday 13th March: U16 v Shrivenham & Watchfield

Shrivenham dominated the first half, but the team showed a marked improvement second half, with two goals from Luke as the consolation.

Sunday 6th March: U16 v Ramsbury

A good team performance led to a host of goal-scoring chances in the first half. James and Jack put away their shots to give us a half time lead, before Matt R added a third early in the second half. A late consolation was all Ramsbury could manage, as we recorded our fourth win of the season to go above them in the table.
